Microsoft Power BI
Data is extracted from Rockwell PLCs and injected into Microsoft Power BI. This allows integration of both real-time and historical plant factory floor data with the client's existing BI system. Deliverables include live dashboarding, reports, and aggregation of data across multiple sources. The value is maximized for the organization by leveraging the existing investments in the BI platform.
Enterprise Resource Planning Integration (ERP)
Information is exchanged bi-directionally between the client's Industrial Control System (ICS) and Oracle based ERP system. This allows for production scheduling and inventory management.
Industrial IT Infrastructure
An on-premise VMware vSphere based industrial cloud to host plant and shop floor software workloads. Project consisted of providing complete turn-key IT rack with servers, storage, networking, UPS, vSphere environment, and pre-configured virtual machines.
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Event driven and time-series data is collected directly from PLCs and process historians. This information is then aggregated onto web accessible reports providing accessibility to key stakeholders.
Microsoft Azure
Lightweight data infrastructure collects information from Industrial Control Systems. This data transferred to the Azure IoT Hub.
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Suite of custom MES applications based on the customer's unique requirements. This project includes the following applications: recipe management system, production scheduling, reporting, and alerting.
